Our Perpetual Beers

Patchwork Kilt Scottish Ale

Ancient and bloodstained are the halls of Edinburgh Castle. Each flagstone echoes with memories of great battles, and on dreadful nights, the Headless Drummer takes earthly form. In spectral moonlight, the drummer patrols the haunted grounds, the sound of his ghostly drum filling the cavernous halls. This rich, malty ale pours with a lustrous head and a thick, copper body. Roasted malts evoke caramel notes while subtle hops contribute herbal aroma and delicate bitterness. Patchwork Kilt is best enjoyed with kindred spirits gathered around a flickering fire while telling ghost stories into the wee hours.
