Beer brewhouse introduction

Brewhouses come in 2, 3 or 4 vessel configurations. All systems come with cold liquor tanks, grain out plows, rakes and percolators. Hot liquor tanks sized for back to back brewing. Meters for mash, sparge and wort, malt handling and milling.

Configuration: 

Mash &Lautertun: Brewing &sparging water blending port, VFD rake, with wort grant, mash hydrator, etc
Kettle & Whirlpool: Dimpled steam jackets or direct burning heating, as well as electric immersion heating
Hot Liquor Tank: Steam heating, direct burning or immersion electric heating.
Pumps: Lautering pump and whirlpooling/castout pump of VFD, HL pump
Piping: Tri-Clamp or DIN standard pre-built
Heat exchanger: 2-step or 1 step, with fittings such as thermometers, venturi aeration unit, etc
Brewhouse control: VFD, switches etc, Automatic Temp. control, etc

Micro brewery equipment-100L to 500L

Our micro brewery brewhouse comes pre-piped and, except for utility or steam connections, do not require skilled trades to get going.  This micro brewing system comes in multi-vessel configurations, with 2-vessels of mash/lauter tank and kettle/whirlpool tun included. 

We offer skid mounted systems with various heating methods including electric, steam and gas fired brewhouses. We also offer various control methods, including  basic or advanced touch-screen panels, automated wort grant controls, a variable-speed peristaltic pump option and many more.

Our 500L to 2000L beer brewhouse is an excellent system for medium sized brew pubs.  The ultimate in capacity flexibility, this multi vessel brewing system will allow you to brew half batch seasonals, full batch rotators and double batch flagships.
