DEGONG beer brewhouse system can be designed according to different brewing requirements of customers. If you brew high-concentration/gravity beer, more malt is needed compared with low-concentration beer. In this case, we will increase the diameter of mash/lauter tank of beer brewhouse to increase filtration efficiency.

For 1000L beer brewhouse,3-vessels beer brewhouse is a common choice.

MASH / KETTLE Vessel 10BBL

This vessel performs 2 functions – mashing and wort-boiling. Mash/Kettle vessel is equipped with central agitator (mixer) with drive placed in the top dished-head (dome). Internal vessel surface is polished to Ra 0,6 and its cover is polished as well.Vent-chimneys,Glass-Manway, CIP-spray ball input, and light are placed in the dished head (dome).

LAUTER TUN  10BBL

This vessel performs lautering function. Lauter Tun is equipped with central mixer with stirring rakes and grain-out ribbon. Grain-out process is semi-automatic and is performed to Lauter Tun’s side over the lautering screen/floor .

Internal vessel surface is polished to Ra 0,6. Lauter tun is equipped with back flush pipes,outlets for wort lautering. Glass-Manway, Side manhole,CIP-sprayball input, and light are placed in the dished head (dome).

WHIRLPOOL 10BBL

Insulated cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs with bottom sloped from centre to vessel’s jacket to enable wort oulet. Manway , light and tangential port are installed in whirlpool vessel. Cleaning is performed by CIP-sprayballs.

10BBL brewery equipment beer fermentation tank introduction

The fermentation tank is to provide a suitable environment for maltose to be converted into alcohos after the wort is cooled and inoculated with yeast. The fermentation tank is equipped with top butterfly head,built-in miller plate jacketed/CIP spraying ball/sampling valve/liquid level meter/beer outlet and sewage outlet,water-sealed mechanical pressure regulating valve/titanium rod inflating port and other supporting valves. With polyurethane insulation to ensure that the fermenting temperature is kept at a low. Equipped with PT100 temperature sensor, with PLC auto-control system.

Beer fermentation tank details

Function: Use for keep wort fermentation or maturation.

Material: Stainless steel 304 or 316

Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.

Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.

Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.( Our standard design, MPa can be customized).
